The S&E Foundation was founded to add a measure of joy and improve the quality of life for those that have or will serve our communities and deserve some ”time out” from the monotony of their daily routines.  By providing Newport Beach, California bay cruises we hope to make a difference in the lives of those we serve.  What better way to spend a day than by cruising on Newport the bay with the sun shining, blue skies, a fresh sea breeze on your face and the sea gulls flying overhead?
